With time running down in the semi-finals of the Coronado Tournament, the boys varsity team rushed to score a goal against archrival Poway, in a 0-0 tie. But these two teams playing at the top of their game only made the task harder.
Junior Jocelyn Vingerelli is on the varsity basketball team. Sort of. Of course, being on Varsity is an accomplishment by itself, but Vingerelli actually spends most of her time on the bench instead of on the court.

Many teams start off their practice with a jog to get the muscles loose, and then stretch.
