5:30 a.m. – Wake up to the irritating sound of your alarm clock and begin to prepare yourself for another highly occupied morning. Walk sluggishly to the bathroom and prepare yourself for the cold morning shower.

5:35 a.m. – Step into the shower and brace yourself for the shockingly cold water that will help wake you up. Begin the cycle of lather, rinse, and repeat. If it feels like a warm morning, pull out the razor to shave away any unwanted spots of fur.

5:50 a.m. – Step out of the shower and slowly dry yourself. Wrap yourself in a towel and grab another one to wrap up your hair so it won’t get in your way for when you brush your teeth. Bust out the Aloe Vera body lotion or cocoa butter (which ever is preferred) and begin to sooth away any dry or rough spots on your body.

6:10 a.m. – Pull out the MAC or MAX make-up and begin the process of enhancing your beauty. Mascara: apply with care to avoid any blinding accidents, carefully push upward on your eyelashes to create that volumizing look. Blush: make a fish like face and apply a light color the crease of your face. Eyeliner: again, carefully apply on the lower and upper eyelid.

6:25 a.m. – Turn on the Conair or Chi straightner and patiently wait for it to reach 400 degrees Farenheight. Slowly straighten each strand of hair to avoid any frizzy or wavy spots. For girls who prefer the curls, pull out the Herbal Essence volumizing moose that will help keep those curls in place all day.

6:45 a.m. – Walk into your closet and begin to contemplate the outfit that you will be wearing that day. Should it match your mood, or maybe should it match the shoes you will be wearing that day? Hmm, maybe you should check how the weather looks outside to help determine if you should wear a sweater or shorts. After a long deliberation with yourself, you finally decide to wear the same outfit that you first tried on.

7:05 a.m. – Grab a piece of toast and half of a banana, call it breakfast, and rush off to school to finish the last part of your homework that you forgot to do the night before.

Compared to a boy’s routinely morning schedule, girls may have the tendency to take their physical appearance more seriously.

But why? Is it because they like to feel the confidence of what their slimming down jeans and tight-fitted shirt does to them? Or maybe they always want to be prepared for an unwanted encounter with one of their ex’s.

Whichever the excuse may be, the time that women spend in their bathrooms to prepare themselves for another day should never be criticized. They’re only benefiting the public eye by limiting the sight of greasy hair and strong body odor.

7:30 a.m.-2:35 p.m. – Receive a day of endless compliments from all your friends on how cute you look.
